If staying at our resort, we will take care of your permits. If staying elsewhere, we assume you are taking care of your permits. Please call if you would like us to make permit reservations for you.

DEPOSITS
Deposits are $200.00 per lodging unit, and $100 per Boat and Motor.

----RESERVATIONS----
To reserve your vacation send or call in your deposit right away. You are responsible for payment of services reserved.
----Final Payment (Complete Outfitting)----
Your final payment is due 30 days prior to your vacation date. Guests choosing to pay for their reservation by credit card will be automatically charged for the balance due unless a check is received before the due date.
----CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Your deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 handling fee and permit costs if notified 45 days prior to reservation starting date. We must receive written notice of cancellation. Final payments are non-refundable.
----TAXES----
All services are subject to a sales tax of 7.5 percent. Accommodations are subject to an additional 3 percent lodging tax.
